INTERNATIONAL ORDER

The orders to be sent to another country may be done manually after you make an order submission. Just click on International order request at the end of your order. The low $ 9.00 CAD shipping/handling fees won't apply. We will send you an international shipping quotation byt email that you could accept or not. Please take into consideration that duty/taxes charges for your country may apply on arrival at your customs (but you will not have to pay Canadian taxes). All quotation will be sent in CAD dollar.
If you agree, we will send you a secure Paypal payment demand by email. Once payment is received, your order will be sent by "Small packages by air" or "Express Post" of Canada Post, whichever you prefer.

 

PRODUCT SEARCH

-You like the style but there is not your size? The inventory is updated daily. If your size is not there, that means it is sold out and nothing is coming soon.

-You absolutely need a particular item but you don't find it on our website? Send us an email explaining your needs. It is often possible to find you or give you the right thing or a close alternative...  Or we can refer you to someone else...

-It is written "coming soon " in your choice of size/colour? The deadline for "coming soon" articles does not usually exceed two / three weeks. You can place the order and wait for the article in question. If you had something else in your order, we will send the first part immediately and the back order will be sent free of shipping charge as soon as we will have it in our place.

-You want to give us suggestions? Do not hesitate, we will be happy to hear your comments and suggestions

STATE OF THE ORDER

Normally, the regular service of Canada Post is about 1 to 5 business days, depending on where you are located. It can go up to 10 days if you're very far away.

To track your order:
Normally, for medium/large size order, you will receive by email a tracking number of Canada Post. You can also contact our Customer Service at 450-527-1326 or 514-360-9954 or 1-877-584-2888 or by email at info@reserveprivee.com to know the status of your delivery. Remember to include your order number.

Check your mail: it is possible that you have received a notice from Canada Post to pick-up the package at your local Post Office.

For pick-up at Reserve Privee Distribution Center:
Please contact Customer Service (number above) and indicate the date and time of your visit.

TO CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER

Making changes after placing your order:
If you need to make changes to an order you've just taken place, please contact Customer Service by email at info@reserveprivee.com notifying us order number and the changes you wish to make. Do not press the Back button of your browser to modify your order, it would place a second order and your account will be debited a second time.

Please note that the processing of your order may be made upon receipt. It may therefore be impossible for you to change items while your order being processed.

Cancellation after placing an order:
If you have completed your order, please email the customer service at info@reserveprivee.com to cancel your order. Be sure to include your order number in the email. Please note that the processing of your order may be made upon receipt. It may therefore be impossible for you to cancel if already processed.


GIFT CERTIFICATE


Currently, gift certificates can not be used directly for a purchase made online at the online store. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to offer this service shortly.

There are currently three ways to use your gift certificate:

1) Place your order on our website and click on the "gift certificate" on "payment" section. Enter you gift certificate number and other details. We will check gift certificate validity and then contact you to proceed with any balance to pay.ff

2) Choose what you want to receive on "www.reserveprivee.com" and place a
command as usual on our site. Pay directly on Desjardins payment as usual. Then immediately send us an email to info@reserveprivee.com or call us (450-527-1326 or 514-360-9954 or 1.877.584.2888 if long distance call) after having your order on hand with your name, certificate #, amount. We will then refund your gift certificate.

3) Choose what you want to receive on "www.reserveprivee.com. Take note of the model numbers, color, size and price with a copy of your certificate coordinated and send it by fax (450-527-1326). We will call IMMEDIATELY after to confirm and validate the gift certificate information - and you can pay by credit card any additional amount.

4) Choose what you would like and come to try - by appointment only (call 450-527-1326 or 514-360-9954
or 1-877-584-2888 if long distance call) at our Reserve Privee distribution center.
